You will be the interlocutor for several subsidiaries and thus contribute significantly to their commercial success. The focus of this position is on the protection of intellectual property rights (trademark law, design, and copyright) including the fight against counterfeiting/the gray market. Furthermore, you will work in collaboration with associates of all hierarchical levels, whom you support as a sparring partner. Your contribution - with advice and actions ## You advise and assist our subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad on the protection of intellectual property rights. You will apply your deep knowledge in the field of digital technologies, as well as intellectual property law and experience in IP litigation, in a targeted manner. You will manage complex projects from a legal perspective in multiple languages and independently develop creative solution proposals. In doing so, you recognize legal and economic relationships and quickly evaluate opportunities and risks. If necessary, you will conduct proceedings in collaboration with external lawyers in Switzerland and abroad. Your profile - competent and committed ## You hold a Swiss attorney patent or equivalent training and are very familiar with intellectual property law. Furthermore, you demonstrate several years of professional experience within a company or a law firm in commercial consulting. Your assets are perseverance, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude towards your tasks. You are interested in technical issues and are curious to discover new areas. You work independently and in a team, you have a sense of responsibility, and you are characterized by your great willingness to provide quality service. German, French, and English are languages that you master both orally and in writing and in which you are capable of processing legal texts and conducting negotiations.
