What awaits you

• Management and coaching of a team of 17 mobile sales representatives
• Training of new team members and organization of training and coaching sessions
• Regular accompaniment during travel, follow-up interviews, and definition of objectives
• Guaranteeing the achievement of objectives regarding turnover, sales, and profitability
• Implementation of strategic commercial measures and analysis of relevant indicators
• Successful planning and implementation of targeted commercial actions
• Regular exchanges with management and other departments
• Guaranteeing a transparent flow of information within the team and between hierarchical levels
• Supporting the team during demanding commercial negotiations or key interviews with important clients
• Analysis of market trends and competitor activities, identification of potentials, and development of measures to acquire and retain customers

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial or vocational training
• Several years of experience in field sales, ideally with knowledge of the mobility sector
• Initial management experience
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in common IT tools such as MS Office
• Good communication skills, negotiating talent, high availability, and success orientation
