Production Manager

You will assume overall responsibility for production at a Bahntechnik manufacturing site and lead teams through everyday operations.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for production with around 70 employees
• Leadership of managers and teams in daily production
• Ensuring timely, economical delivery of vehicles in the required quality
• Continuous development of processes, workflows, and resource utilization
• Identifying potential for improvement based on key figures and implementing optimizations
• Ensuring smooth processes along the value chain with internal and external partners
• Ensuring occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards

Profile

• Higher technical education (FH, HF, or university) in mechanical engineering, production technology, or industrial engineering
• Several years of leadership and production experience in an industrial environment
• Experience in controlling complex production processes and leading managers
• Knowledge of Lean Management, KVP, or Operational Excellence
• Understanding of business relationships as well as budget and resource planning
• Proficient German skills as well as very good English skills
