What to expect from us ##

• You will complete various stages in different areas so that at the end of your apprenticeship, you are well-versed in corporate and private insurance and occupational pension schemes.
• From the third year of apprenticeship onwards, you will accompany consultants to customer meetings.
• You will continue your education at vocational school one to two days per week and learn everything important about the industry in intercompany courses with apprentices from other insurers.
• You will apply your theoretical knowledge directly in practice and learn to move confidently in a networked and digital working world.
• You will be accompanied by experienced trainers throughout your entire apprenticeship.
• You can complete your apprenticeship with BMS, but you do not have to.

What you bring with you ##

• You are interested in the topic of insurance.
• You attend Sek A in the Canton of Zürich or an equivalent school in another canton, have good grades, and enjoy numbers.
• You work carefully and reliably, express yourself well, and approach people openly.
• You are a team player, want to learn as much as possible, and want to make a difference.
