For our client, a large and renowned health insurance company in the Zurich area, we are looking for motivated clerks in the field of outpatient benefits by arrangement. Do you already have experience in benefits management at a health insurance company? Ideal. You haven't been able to gain experience with a health insurer yet, but you have basic medical training and are looking for a new challenge in the commercial field where you can contribute your experience from the healthcare sector? Then we should get to know each other as well. Tasks Processing of invoices in all outpatient areas (Tardoc invoices, pharmacy invoices, aids, etc.) Checking of invoices according to legal, medical, and insurance-technical specifications (KVG and VVG) Checking of outpatient requests for cost coverage Creating correspondence according to templates as well as independently Telephone contact with hospitals, pharmacies, and doctors Contact person for inquiries from insured persons, service providers, and authorities Qualifications You have training in the paramedical field (e.g., as an MPA, pharmacy specialist, dental assistant) or commercial training which you have supplemented with basic medical knowledge Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience at a health insurance company, advantageously in benefits management In addition to a friendly demeanor, you have a high service orientation and convince with an accurate and efficient way of working You have very good German skills, foreign languages are an advantage What awaits you at our client: Attractive employment conditions with a well-known employer Modern working environment Flexible working hours Home office possibility (3 days at 100%) Are you interested?
