Project Manager Facility Management

Project Manager Facility Management (w/m/d) Workload: 80-100% Tasks & Responsibilities Management and support of facility management projects ranging from structural measures (renovation, refurbishments, repurposing) and building services systems (replacement, optimizations) with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality. Creation of implementation concepts taking into account user needs, operational specifications, and legal requirements. Steering the execution, commissioning, and acceptance of projects including site presence (area of operation: predominantly Kt. Luzern). Coordination of external service providers and suppliers. Collaboration on FM-internal projects and harmonization of tasks and services. Maintenance of documentation as well as technical building systems (CAFM tool, building management systems). Profile & Requirements Completed vocational training in the primary or secondary construction industry with technical further training in the field of HLKE or construction (ideally present) or FH degree in Facility Management High technical understanding of construction and building technology, as well as system dependencies Experience in managing small to medium-sized projects Willingness to travel in Central Switzerland (phase-dependent, approx. 20 percent) High affinity for safety and fire protection Confident handling of MS Office, ideally CAD and CAFM Very good German skills in speaking and writing What defines us An exciting job.
