Your main tasks

• Professional processing and administrative handling of DNA trace material, including shipping as well as processing in specialist applications
• Processing and management of WSA trace material, including shipping and processing in specialist applications. Carrying out deletion mutations and data cleaning
• Support in identification service person registration
• Creation and preparation of photo galleries for photo selection confrontations
• Support in the administration and management of the KTD registries
• Processing and forwarding of incoming mail as well as checking and processing of invoices
• Support and management of the service telephone

Your profile

• Completed commercial or equivalent basic training
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office
• Knowledge in the legal environment is an advantage
• Independent, structured, quality-conscious, and efficient way of working
• Strong sense of responsibility and high reliability
• Trustworthy, discreet, and loyal personality with high confidentiality
• Resilience as well as a confident and solution-oriented manner even in demanding situations
