To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are looking for a  Human Resources Manager (100%) *Start date: as soon as possible* Your role: We are a fast-growing global team of more than 150 employees spread across 9 countries. We are looking for a pragmatic leader to lead our global People function. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Committee, you will manage a small, agile, and growing team currently composed of 2 specialists. This position offers a unique balance: you will have a seat at the decision-making table to shape our global strategy, combined with the direct authority and responsibility to execute daily operations. What you will take on:  • Design, plan, and drive the global strategic HR roadmap; orchestrate global recruitment and employer branding strategies across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. • Act as a dedicated HR partner, helping colleagues resolve tensions, balance work and personal life, and define professional development paths; coach Executive Committee members and Circle Leaders to optimize team dynamics and managerial practices. • Design, implement, and scale the global compensation system and written salary policies; maintain master salary data, and manage complex monthly payroll operations and social insurance compliance. • Manage compliance with health and safety regulations, oversee psychosocial risks, workplace well-being, and health prevention campaigns; maintain ISO 9001 standard requirements within HR and EHS functions. • Manage departure and termination processes by gathering redundant perspectives, documenting every step to mitigate organizational risks, and providing employee assistance programs during the departure phase. Your profile: • More than 5 years of experience in a startup or scale-up environment (more than 100 employees) as a human resources leader • Swiss federal diploma in human resources (Brevet Fédéral en Ressources Humaines) or equivalent higher education degree in HR. • Fluent command of English and French (C1/C2 level, written and spoken). • You are a "doer" who loves to make things happen - just as comfortable defining a strategic vision as managing operational details. • Exceptional active listening skills capable of managing delicate situations, mediating frictions, and building strong, trusting relationships. • Excellent communication and coaching skills to constructively challenge and advise senior executives, Circle Leaders, and managers. • Ability to maintain clarity, precision, and structure in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multi-timezone environment. • Deep and practical knowledge of Swiss labor law, payroll operations, and social insurance systems (AVS, LPP, LAA, etc.).
