Your tasks: • Independent management of an attractive real estate portfolio of rental properties (apartments and commercial properties) • Initial letting objects • All activities from termination to re-letting • Conducting viewings • Acceptances and handover of properties • Accompanying renovations and providing support on projects • Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers • Processing lease amendments and rent changes • Technical management of a clerk Your profile: • Completed commercial basic training with further training in the real estate industry (Real Estate Property Manager with federal diploma) • Several years of professional experience in real estate management • Service- and customer-oriented personality • Confident and professional appearance • Pleasant manners and team player
