Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in the healthcare or care sector
• Experience in a psychiatric or psychogeriatric environment
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and social skills
• Organizational skill and a structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility as well as economic thinking
• Ability to motivate and further develop employees
• Resilient and solution-oriented personality

• Professional and personnel management of a psychogeriatric residential unit
• Ensuring professional nursing and care quality
• Support, promotion, and development of the employees in the team
• Planning and organization of training as well as further education activities
• Responsibility for administrative tasks and organizational processes
• Participation in budget planning and economic use of resources
• Contact person for residents, relatives, and internal specialist departments
• Promotion of a constructive team culture as well as support for change processes
• Ensuring efficient and quality-oriented workflows
