Requirements

Training as a Plant and Apparatus Builder EFZ or several years of professional experience
Experience in metal and plant engineering
Confident reading of technical drawings and plans
Good welding skills an advantage
Manual dexterity and technical understanding
Independent and precise way of working
Physically resilient and reliable
Driving license Cat. B an advantage

Tasks

Manufacturing and assembling plants, apparatuses and metal constructions
Cutting, bending, edging and forming sheet metal and profiles
Welding of steel, stainless steel and partly aluminium
MAG, MIG and TIG welding work
Drilling, grinding and cutting metal components
Assembling components according to technical drawings
Assembly and disassembly of plants and components
Performing repair and maintenance work
Quality and dimensional control of manufactured components

Knowledge

Plant and apparatus engineering
Metalworking and sheet metal processing
Welding processes MAG/MIG/TIG
Technical drawing and plan reading
Assembly and manufacturing technology
Handling of hand machines and workshop machines
Knowledge of various metals and materials
Measuring and testing of components
Occupational safety and quality control
