Your tasks:

• You advise our customers competently and enthusiastically regarding cars, camping, and leisure, and find exactly what meets their needs
• You sell products from our varied assortment of more than 13,000 items in the online shop and the store - from cleaning and maintenance products to car and camping accessories, including rims, tires, two-wheeler accessories, tools, and machines
• You advise our customers on questions related to camping accessories and help them find the right products for their trips
• You answer questions about products and find the appropriate solution even for specific requests
• You ensure that our customers feel well-advised and handle their complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• You keep an eye on your sales targets and give an extra push with your team
• You stay informed about new products and trends and ensure an attractive presentation in the store
• You also keep an overview at the checkout and process payments reliably
