Job description
KITAWAS Kindertagesstätten offers professional, family- and school-complementary childcare in the municipalities of Wartau, Sargans, Mels, Vilters-Wangs, Walenstadt Bad Ragaz and Sevelen. In our head office, we ensure smooth processes in the background - so that everything in our locations can revolve around the children. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged personality in the field: Pedagogical Lead in the area of After-School Care 40% immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks In this versatile function, you will take on professional responsibility in the area of after-school care and contribute to the quality and further development of our childcare services with your pedagogical know-how. Among other things, you can expect the following activities: · Professional guidance and support of the after-school care leads in pedagogical matters · Conducting group visits and pedagogical quality controls · Advising in challenging situations with children, parents or in the team · Organization and management of team meetings as well as qualification talks · Co-responsibility for recruitment and personnel management · Interface to external specialist agencies and authorities You are characterized by · Completed training as a Specialist in Care (Fachperson Betreuung) or HF · Experience in the supervision and leadership of specialists · Confident use of MS Office · Independent, reliable and exact way of working · Team-oriented, flexible and sovereign even in hectic moments What awaits you with us · A collegial and supportive working environment · A responsible and meaningful activity in the service of families and children Do you feel addressed?
