We are looking for our client: Internal Sales Employee 100% Your tasks • Professional advice and support of customers in German and French • Complete order processing from quotation creation to invoicing • Active support of the field service in administrative matters • Maintenance and updating of customer and master data in the ERP system • Processing of customer inquiries, complaints and clarification of delivery dates Qualifications Your competencies • Bilingual (German and French) or business fluent in both languages • Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in internal sales or in order processing • High service orientation and enjoyment of daily customer contact • Confident handling of MS-Office as well as experience with ERP systems Interested?
