Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of female patients, male patients, as well as female residents and male residents
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to professional competencies
• Support of the qualified nursing professionals in the care process
• Implementation of medical prescriptions as well as performance of medical-technical tasks
• Observation of the health status and communication of relevant changes to the nursing staff
• Professional documentation of the care services provided
• Promotion of independence and well-being of the persons under care
• Cooperation with relatives, nursing professionals, doctors and other specialists
• Participation in ensuring a high quality of care
• Compliance with applicable hygiene, quality and safety standards

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• High social competence, ability to work in a team and empathy
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, weekends and, if required, night shifts
