Our client in the city of Zürich, a national real estate company with around 100 employees, is strengthening its management team per sofort or by arrangement and is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Real Estate Manager for Commercial Properties ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Independent management of the real estate portfolio consisting mostly of office and commercial properties • Support and advice for tenants as well as ensuring customer satisfaction • Negotiation and preparation of lease agreements • Creation of concepts and development of renovation measures • Acceptance and handover of areas • Accompanying renovation cases and monitoring vacancy rates • Various project tasks Qualifications & Competencies • Completed commercial basic training or similar • Further training for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an Immobilienbewirtschafter is a great advantage • Several years of experience in the management of commercial real estate • Independent, exact and reliable way of working • Communicative and service-oriented appearance • Proficient IT skills • Fluent German skills, English skills are an advantage Chances & Perspectives A modern and collegial working environment with attractive employment conditions as well as long-term development opportunities awaits you at our client.
