Your tasks: ###

• Accompaniment in daily life, both in the residential group and in various, diverse work areas;
• Reference person work, as well as collaboration with relatives and legal representatives;
• Taking on medical tasks in connection with accompaniment, as well as internal mandates and tasks in superior working groups;
• Administrative tasks, collaboration with superior authorities and exchange of information with other departments and areas.

You bring: ###

• Completed training in the social sector (FaBe EFZ or equivalent)
• Social competence, team ability, flexibility and resilience;
• Willingness to take on responsibility, as well as communication and reflection skills;
• Willingness to perform night and weekend duties;
• Current PC user skills;
• Driver's license (category B) is an advantage;
• Openness to anthroposophic social therapy.
