• You hold the threads in your hands: From registration to examination, you coordinate the entire course administration.
• For our students and lecturers, you are a reliable contact point – friendly, competent and solution-oriented.
• The school management and management support you in everyday administrative tasks.
• Whether correspondence, scheduling or classic secretarial tasks – you always maintain an overview.
• You manage our social media accounts, homepage and digital learning platform competently and with foresight.
• At the reception, via email or telephone, you provide friendly information about our offer.
• You work independently, structured and always keep the big picture in mind.

Your profile – professionally competent, personally convincing:

• Office everyday life is not new territory for you: You have a basic commercial education and bring several years of professional experience.
• You master German confidently – on the phone, via email and in personal conversation.
• You think ahead, act pragmatically and address things clearly.
• Plan, organize and persevere – you work independently and reliably.
