Execution Architect: 60-100 %

Execution architect or technician To permanently complement our team, we are looking for an architect FH | ETH or technician HF with experience in execution planning and construction management of projects from late summer 2026 or by agreement. We work on projects with high demands on architecture, construction and careful implementation on a smaller scale and predominantly in existing buildings. You work in a small team and handle projects in the areas of execution planning and construction management. Your tasks include creating execution plans and tenders, cost management, scheduling, construction management and construction administration. You take responsibility for careful and forward-thinking implementation. We wish for a young, open, interested and communicative personality with a joy for challenging tasks. You work precisely, structured and independently, think forward and appreciate exchange in the team. You approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner. You work flexibly, are resilient and have the necessary calmness. Contact with authorities, specialist planners and contractors is a matter of course for you. You lead projects in implementation with foresight, sense of responsibility and joy. You have at least two years of proven experience in construction management, cost control and execution planning in Switzerland.
