Micro-tunneling Foreman (m/f/x)

To strengthen our teams specialized in micro-tunneling works, we are looking for an experienced Micro-tunneling Foreman (m/f/x). You will work on various projects in French-speaking Switzerland, with possibilities of travel throughout Switzerland.

Missions: Micro-tunneling Foreman (m/f/x) ###

What will your missions be as a Micro-tunneling Foreman (m/f/x)?

• Organize and supervise micro-tunneling works on site.
• Manage and coordinate operational teams.
• Ensure compliance of work execution according to professional standards, internal procedures, and safety requirements.
• Guarantee compliance of the work with local regulations and standards in force.
• Plan the human, material, and logistical resources necessary for the progress of the works.
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of the construction sites.
• Use IT tools.
• Be the preferred interlocutor for the various project partners (clients, representatives, suppliers, authorities).

Requirements: Micro-tunneling Foreman (m/f/x) ###

What are your skills as a Micro-tunneling Foreman (m/f/x)?

• Federal diploma of foreman or training deemed equivalent.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of micro-tunneling.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Excellent technical knowledge for the realization of micro-tunneling.
• Good mastery of local regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in German and/or English is an asset.
• Ease with IT tools.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit.
• Availability for regular travel in French-speaking Switzerland and occasionally throughout Switzerland.
