Technicien méthodes usinage (H/F)

Introduction ## For our Production division, we are looking for a Technicien méthodes (H/F) whose main mission will be to participate in the implementation, development and optimization of ranges and machining programs on our production facilities. *Responsabilités* ## • Develop programs for machining facilities ensuring their quality and compliance • Monitor and communicate the progress of tasks to the parties concerned • Actively participate in the integration of new products and processes and formalize the reference states • Conduct production tests in collaboration with partner teams and write associated reports • Update technical data related to facilities and production operations • Rationalize and optimize manufacturing ranges ensuring their efficiency and performance • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within production and service *Profil* ## • CFC in polymechanics, HES Engineer, ES Technician in microtechnology or equivalent • Confirmed experience of several years in machining on machines (turning, milling) with expertise in ISO and FAO programming • Mastery of FAO software (ideally CREO and GibbsCAM) and knowledge of CAO software (ideally CREO) • Advanced mechanical skills on machining machines including tool mounting • Ability to work in a team with a taste for the field • Methodical and rigorous approach with an analytical and synthetic mind • Availability to follow initial training in Genève before pursuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg Conclusion ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
