Sales Administrator Internal Sales

Introduction

Bonatura AG produces enjoyable fresh fruit convenience products in compliance with high quality, hygiene and safety standards and operates modern and efficient frozen rental warehouses.

As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an engaged Sales Administrator Internal Sales (80 % with daily deployment) or in job sharing of 50% each, who passionately looks after our customers and supports internal processes.

Tasks

• Support and advice of our customers in internal sales
• Support for the Head of Sales and Marketing in the sales area
• Processing of customer inquiries and creation of offers
• Order processing from entry to delivery
• Processing of goods returns and complaints with quality assurance
• Close cooperation with production and other departments
• Maintenance and updating of customer data
• Support in various projects in other departments.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with experience in internal sales or in a similar position
• Experience in the areas of retail and / or gastronomy
• Service and customer orientation
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, as well as good French skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally with an ERP system
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
