The Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug (GGZ) is an established social institution with economic proximity to the primary labor market. As an ISO-certified social enterprise, GGZ@Work has been accompanying unemployed social assistance recipients and asylum seekers for many years. With targeted labor market measures, we support people on their way back to the primary labor market or stabilize their everyday lives through meaningful employment.
The "Workshop & Packaging, Warehouse & Logistics, Forestry" team offers participants versatile and practical workplaces. In Workshop & Packaging, we process customer orders from the areas of assembly, packaging, processing, and recycling for internal and external clients. With the Warehouse & Logistics division, we are expanding our offering at the Zug location. In the forestry area, we accompany participants in practical work in the forest and in the landscape.
As a team, we work together across sectors and deploy our personnel resources where they are needed. In doing so, we create varied work opportunities for our participants and ensure reliable accompaniment in the different work sectors.

Work Agogist: Work & Promotion 80–100 %
Your main focus of work is the accompaniment and promotion of participants as well as the organization and execution of customer orders in the areas of workshop, packaging, and warehouse & logistics. At the same time, you work closely with your team and are prepared, if necessary, to participate in other work areas of the team – for example, during assignments in forestry.
Your tasks
Work assignment as well as instruction, accompaniment, and individual promotion of clients according to work-agogic principles
Planning, coordination, and execution of customer orders as well as AVOR
Participation in the organization and further development of the work areas Workshop, Packaging, as well as Warehouse & Logistics; Forestry
Ensuring efficient, structured, and participant-fair work processes
Cross-sector cooperation and mutual substitution within the team
Readiness for occasional work during assignments in forestry
Ensuring quality standards as well as compliance with QM guidelines and occupational safety
Documentation of events as well as working time control
Planning and conducting placement meetings with clients and referrers
Cooperation with internal and external specialist and contact persons
Your qualification
Basic manual/craft training
Completed training in work-agogics
Experience in instructing groups or in a work-integrative environment is an advantage
Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
Joy in cooperating with people from different life situations and cultural backgrounds
