Mandated by one of our clients, a hotel establishment in the plain of central Valais, we are looking for a dynamic profile who will occupy the position of :
Assistant Executive Housekeeper (M/F)
Job Description
In close collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper, you will actively participate in the management and organization of the housekeeping department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Supervise and control the quality of cleaning of rooms and public areas
Supervise and support the team of chambermaids/housemen
Participate in the development of schedules and the management of timetables
Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures
Manage stocks of linen, cleaning products and equipment
Train new employees
Replace the Housekeeper in her absence
Profile sought
Hotel training or proven experience in a similar position
Experience in a 4* or 5* establishment is an asset
Keen sense of detail and quality standards
Natural leadership and excellent organizational skills
Good resistance to stress and team spirit
Proficiency in French, any other language is an advantage
