Your main tasks:

• Operative procurement of consumables
• Supplier management
• Monitoring of delivery processes
• Processing of complaints and process deviations as well as the maintenance of master data
• Invoice clarification
• Collaboration with customers, suppliers and logistics as well as participation in internal and external projects related to the tasks

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in purchasing, dispatching, logistics or supply chain management as well as experience with ERP and logistics systems
• Training in the logistics field with further training in purchasing or procurement is an advantage
• SAP S/4HANA knowledge is an advantage
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident appearance and good communication skills
• Very good German skills
• French language skills are an advantage

The place of work is in Villmergen with the possibility of home office. However, a regular presence of at least 3 days per week on site is required.
