As of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a committed and networked personality for the role of IT Solution Architect with an employment degree of 80% - 100%. Your tasks * Development of sustainable target and solution architectures for internal applications, digital products, and services in a non-profit environment. * Responsibility for the coordination of application, data, integration, security, cloud, and AI architectures across multiple products and partners. * Definition and establishment of architecture and technology standards and ensuring quality, security, scalability, and economic efficiency. * Evaluation of technical solution approaches and conducting architecture reviews. * Advising Product Owners, management, and development partners on architecture-relevant decisions. * Observation of technological developments and testing which trends and innovations create concrete added value. Your profile * Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification or corresponding professional experience * Experience in the development of target and solution architectures for complex digital systems and sound knowledge in areas such as applications, infrastructure, data, integration, security, and AI * Good understanding of agile software development and operational processes as well as their interaction in the DevOps environment * Understanding of the requirements for IT governance, information security, data protection, and compliance and taking these into account in architecture decisions * Analytical and networked thinking * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working * Clear communication of complex IT topics in exchange with different professional stakeholders * Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form What awaits you A collegial and appreciative working environment in which diversity and equal opportunity are lived.
