Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the technical execution of construction sites in the field of structural engineering and/or renovation and value preservation
• On-site, you lead the construction site personnel professionally and, in cooperation with the construction management, are responsible for deployment planning
• During the entire execution, you undertake project controlling and, together with the construction management, control costs, deadlines and quality
• You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have basic training in construction/renovation or in value preservation and, advantageously, further training as a foreman or possess the corresponding professional experience
• With your winning personality and your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you can motivate and lead people
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and business partners on-site as well as interest in business management contexts
• In everyday work, you convince through initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
