You take over the pedagogical overall management and actively shape the learning and atmosphere in the daycare center With your appreciative nature, you lead a committed team and create a family-friendly, positive work culture You are responsible for the training of our learners and accompany them on their way You maintain an open, trusting cooperation with the parents You participate in superior projects and meetings and help shape the future of our daycare centers This is what you bring: A completed training as FABE, educator, HF/BA in educational sciences or comparable qualification - ideally with further training in the field of management Initial management experience is an advantage Passion for early childhood education and in-depth specialist knowledge You are a team player who convinces with initiative, creativity and flexibility You work independently, structured and responsibly What can you expect from us?
