ICT System Engineer/IT-Supporter (80-100%)

Your tasks

• Support for our customers with IT questions around Windows-based systems (client / server / Entra)
• Network support (firewall, VPN, VLAN, etc.)
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
• Analysis and troubleshooting of faults on site, in the office or via remote support
• Care and advice for our business and private customers in IT matters
• Accompanying IT projects from A to Z

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology, ICT specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in IT support and Windows client/server environments
• In-depth knowledge of networks and Microsoft technologies
• Server and NAS knowledge
• Experience in M365 environments
• Independent, efficient and solution-oriented working method with entrepreneurial thinking
• Driver's license category B (car)
• Friendly, competent and customer-oriented demeanor
