Customer Advisor (m/f/d) via Telephone Direct Sales - full-time or part-time

What you achieve ## • You are the competent contact person for our German- and Italian-speaking clientele via telephone and in writing. • You recognize customer needs and actively use advisory consultations to develop suitable insurance solutions and create individual offers. • You win new clientele and actively develop existing customer relationships (without cold calling). • You accompany our customers during contract adjustments and quickly find the appropriate solution for their concerns. • You arrange consultation appointments for the field service. What you bring ## • Completed commercial training or comparable basic education. • Proficient German and Italian language skills in speaking and writing are mandatory; further language skills, especially French, are a plus. • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage. • Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as strong advisory and sales skills. • High service orientation, empathy, and the ability to recognize customer needs quickly. • Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working with confident handling of digital applications. • VBV certification or the willingness to acquire it.
