You recognize connections, think ahead, and use your professional expertise and organizational talent to keep the finance department on course.

You as Team Leader Finance:

• have a sound education in finance and accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma) and bring several years of professional experience
• are proficient in financial accounting and have experience with closing work
• are well-versed in payroll accounting and payroll administration
• bring leadership experience and enjoy supporting a small team and tackling things together
• work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner and recognize financial connections and processes
• have good Excel skills and have already worked with Abacus and/or Mammut
• are IT-savvy and quickly find your way around new systems
• are service-oriented, communicative, and value working with different people
