Why this position will passion you ## As a Management Controller, you will bridge the gap between finance and the product at our clients. Integrated within our development and operational teams, you will help our industrial clients reliable and verify the financial data that feeds our price optimization proposals. You will interact both with the clients' operational contacts and with their Chief Financial Officers (CFO). Your work will directly feed the development of our industrial performance optimization software (EBIT), in order to better understand client needs and have a real product impact, in a demanding and innovative environment. Your main responsibilities ## Data collection and structuring • Exchange with client contacts (CFO, operational managers, management controllers) to identify, extract, and consolidate relevant data • Map data sources and document information flows • Guarantee the quality and consistency of collected data (anomaly detection, cross-validation) Analysis and reporting • Build and maintain financial and operational indicators (EBIT, P&L, margins) • Design clear dashboards on Power BI or equivalent tool • Translate complex data into actionable insights for executives Processes and methodology • Structure data collection, processing, and reporting processes • Contribute to the data culture within the R&D team and at our clients • Participate in the continuous improvement of the team's tools and methods Your profile ## We are looking for an operational Management Controller passionate about financial data and its concrete impact on the product, comfortable making the link between operational teams, financial departments, and our development teams. General skills • 3 to 5 years of experience in management control, audit, or financial consulting • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable seeking information from various interlocutors • Rigor and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple flows simultaneously • Critical thinking, autonomy, and initiative in a building environment • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn in a demanding and rapidly expanding SME context Expected technical skills • Higher education in finance or management (HES, University) or Federal Diploma of specialist in finance and accounting • Solid financial culture (P&L, EBIT, margins) and strong appetite for data • Mastery of advanced Excel, ideally SQL or Python • Mastery of Power BI or equivalent (Tableau, Qlik) • Ability to produce and read a profit and loss statement (CO, RPC, IFRS) Nice to have • Experience in an industrial environment • Knowledge of an ERP (SAP, Abacus, Odoo, -) • Notions of project management control or consulting Why join us? ## At LB&Partners, you will be able to: • Contribute to solutions used by international industrialists • Work in a young, dynamic, and solution-oriented team • Have a real impact on technical decisions • Participate in projects combining data, industry, and algorithms • Develop your skills in a demanding and stimulating environment • Benefit from increasing autonomy throughout projects.
