As a deputy in network construction, you will take on responsibility and, together with the team, ensure smooth implementation. Deputy Group Leader Network Construction (all) # Your field of activity • You take on an active role in the development of the new location and help develop structures in network construction • You lead the team in everyday business technically and personally and support the further development of employees • You plan and coordinate orders and ensure that construction, assembly, and maintenance work are implemented smoothly • You control the deployment planning of material, tools, and personnel in a forward-looking and efficient manner • You monitor construction sites on-site and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental specifications • You take on customer concerns as well as feedback from the network and ensure clean further processing What you bring with you • You have completed vocational training in a technical environment as well as further training, e.g., as a Lead Network Technician • You already have experience in leading employees or in a coordinating role or you are interested in developing in that direction • Organizational talent helps you to keep an eye on multiple orders and stakeholders simultaneously • You understand technical processes in network construction holistically and implement them reliably in practice • You communicate clearly in German and move confidently in exchange with internal and external bodies • A driving license of category B/BE as well as a practical way of working round off your profile At BKW Power Grid, we shape a reliable energy future through innovative solutions, responsibility, and close cooperation.
