We are looking for an engaged personality for project management, who will independently manage our high-quality carpentry projects, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Die Schreinerei Hochuli Muttenz AG is a future-oriented carpentry business with 16 motivated employees. We combine traditional carpentry craftsmanship with modern technology and interior design.
We realize high-quality renovations, refurbishments, and individual solutions for private, commercial, and public customers – with great emphasis on quality, clean execution, and thoughtful details.
Your tasks
You manage projects independently from the measurement / customer inquiry through to execution and billing.
You are the central contact person for customers, architects, and the internal workshop and provide technical advice.
You create all production documents (shop and detail drawings, parts lists, CNC data).
You select materials and fittings, obtain quotes, and carry out material orders.
You monitor deadlines, costs, and coordinate installation.
You define technical concepts, grant approvals, and manage changes.
You hand over the projects to the workshop and support with queries and optimizations.
What you bring with you
Completed training as Schreiner/in EFZ with corresponding further training and practical experience.
Several years of professional experience in project processing in timber construction / interior finishing.
Good IT skills (3-D CAD Vectorworks, Triviso, MS-Office 365).
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working.
Communicative, flexible, and a team player.
Fluent German in speaking and writing.
Driver's license Cat. B
