Your daily work

• Daily à la carte service with a high-quality range of dishes
• Control of the produced food on quality as well as quantity according to internal specifications and accurate presentation
• Professional management of the Saucier position incl. ordering of goods
• Assistance with inventory management and inventory as well as responsible for the control, order and cleaning of the coolers
• Ensuring the proper handling, cleaning and maintenance of devices and machines as well as compliance with hygiene regulations
• Assistance with the care and training of apprentices and interns

• Completed training as a chef/cook EFZ as well as professional experience in the Saucier position in a comparable position
