ICT System Engineer - Cloud, Server & Network (a) 80 - 100 % You ensure the stable, secure and scalable operation of our central IT infrastructure and consistently develop it further in a modern hybrid environment - with a focus on automation, standardization and future viability: Engineering, operation and further development of hybrid IT infrastructures; Design, implementation and operation of platforms in the Microsoft environment (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune) as well as construction and operation of system landscapes; Ensuring system availability, performance as well as analysis and sustainable resolution of complex malfunctions in 2nd and 3rd level support; Automation of operational processes, as well as ensuring the integration of systems and services into the existing IT landscape; Participation in architecture decisions as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies, tools and platforms; Continuous further development and knowledge transfer within the team and the company. What you bring: Completed training in the IT environment as well as several years of experience in the operation and engineering of IT infrastructures; Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, namely Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365; Sound know-how in Windows Server, virtualization, network and security as well as experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell); German and English fluent in spoken and written; Proactive personality with outstanding problem-solving skills; You communicate clearly and understandably even with non-technical stakeholders.
