Then you have come to the right place; at the largest security service provider in Switzerland, you will fill your professional backpack with knowledge and skills and learn to assert yourself in a demanding professional everyday life. During your training, you will be deployed in the HR Management, Payroll Accounting, Training, as well as Sales & Marketing departments and can acquire broad and in-demand specialist knowledge from various fields of expertise.

What you can achieve:

• Active collaboration in various departments and insight into different commercial areas of activity
• Writing letters, creating offers and processing daily correspondence
• Independent processing of entry and exit formalities
• Creating, maintaining and evaluating statistics
• Correspondence and cooperation with authorities, insurance companies, internal departments and employees
• Personal, telephone and written contact with applicants and customers

Support and assistance to employees and customers on the telephone and on-site

• Processing orders, creating offers and order confirmations as well as
• Processing further administrative tasks
• Support in payroll accounting, in particular in the recording and checking of payroll-relevant data as well as the processing of changes

What you bring with you:

• Very good school grades at Sekundarstufe E level
• High level of independence, willingness to perform and a strong sense of responsibility
• Quick comprehension as well as a reliable and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and a high willingness to learn
• Good manners, communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people -- combined with the necessary discretion
• Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills in speaking and writing
• Good PC user skills and interest in daily work with digital tools
