Berna, Svizzera | 100-80% (jobsharing possibile) The contribution you can make <br /> • Manage change management and versioning processes in the field of TIC and ensure the operational stability of TIC services. • Manage and monitor complex changes and Releases in terms of risk, impact, and quality. • Plan, monitor, and coordinate the launch of new Releases and maintenance windows, in order to minimize operational interruptions. • Analyze the risks associated with Changes and process gaps, and initiate sustainable improvement measures. • Create, update, and analyze documentation, indicators, reports, and decision-making bases related to Changes and Releases. • Conduct coordination meetings and agree on changes with specialist departments, operational areas, projects, and suppliers. <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Completed university education (SUP or university) in computer science, management computer science, or equivalent education; continuous training in the TIC sector is an advantage. • Several years of professional experience in Change and Release management in the TIC sector, preferably in complex and cross-functional contexts. • Knowledge in the field of TIC service management (ITIL) and familiarity with agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe). • Analytical thinking, determination, and propensity for interdisciplinary collaboration with various stakeholders. • Good active, written, and spoken knowledge of an official language, passive knowledge of a second official language, and knowledge of English. <br /> In summary The Directorate of Work of SECO is the competence center of the Confederation for labor market policy and unemployment insurance.
