Your tasks

• Responsible for financial accounting
• Prepare monthly and annual closing
• Management of receivables and dunning process
• Maintenance of an asset accounting for the ALK
• Preparation of periodic reports and statistics
• Active further development, monitoring, and ensuring of effective and future-oriented controlling
• Coordination and interface function between specialist departments, IT, and other internal as well as external stakeholders
• Providing telephone, written, and personal information

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent training
• Subject-specific further training in the field of accounting and IT
• Quick comprehension and a high degree of independence and resilience
• Exact and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility
• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP (SECO) is an advantage
• Proficient user knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Stylistically confident (oral and written) in the German language
