Your tasks

• You conduct assessment interviews and are responsible for correct needs assessments
• Together with your well-coordinated team, you strive for the best possible quality of care and thus ensure the satisfaction of our residents
• You lead by example every day, motivate your team and thus create a family-like atmosphere
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care

What you bring with you

• Training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or equivalent training
• Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector
• You have a flair for dealing with older people
• You have an interest in care development and contribute to improving the quality of care
• You are an open and loyal personality who likes to roll up your sleeves
