Your tasks

• Responsible for 1st and 2nd level support in the areas of M365 collaboration and IT applications
• Efficient processing of support tickets (breakdowns and service requests)
• Management of standard configurations in M365
• Execution of user onboarding and offboarding for M365
• Support for deployments and implementation of new solutions (operational)
• Implementation of solutions based on defined concepts and architectures
• Training and assistance to end users
• Participation in projects in clearly defined operational roles

Your profile

• Completed IT training
• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level)
• Good knowledge of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Desirable knowledge in Power Apps, Power Automate, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Very good skills in German and English (oral and written)
