Your role

You ensure the training and support of future drivers and contribute actively to maintaining a high level of safety and driving quality within our operation. You transmit your knowledge, accompany new employees during their integration, and participate in the continuous development of training processes.

Your tasks

• Train and support trainee drivers during their training course.
• Lead the project for the development of the internal driving school.
• Provide practical training for obtaining the category D license.
• Provide theoretical and practical training for obtaining the trolleybus driving license.
• Conduct driving tests and evaluations of candidates.
• Organize additional training following accidents, incidents, or feedback.
• Ensure the continuous training of drivers.
• Participate in the improvement and development of training processes.
• Develop and update pedagogical materials in collaboration with the technical department.
• Advise employees on questions relating to traffic and operations.
• Occasionally perform driving services.
• Write and update training documentation in French and German.
• Develop and maintain relationships with training organizations and partner companies.

Your profile

• You possess a driving instructor diploma – category D, or you are about to obtain it.
• Professional experience in the training of bus drivers and ideally in adult education.
• Reliable, committed, flexible, responsible person with good pedagogical skills.
• Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Patience and the ability to support adults in training.
• Team spirit.
• Organization and autonomy.
• Good knowledge of French and German.
