Immediately or by arrangement, we offer an engaged personality the leadership of a department with a focus on Gerontopsychiatry in the Haus Bahnmatt. Department Manager: with focus on Gerontopsychiatry Your tasks: • You lead a department with 13 residents exclusively with a focus on Gerontopsychiatry • You take over the operational and personnel leadership of a team of a total of 12 employees including apprentices and students - with expertise, appreciation and clarity. • Together with your team as well as internal and external partners, you ensure the nursing process for individual care and nursing - competent and with heart. • You are the link between nursing staff, residents and management and always maintain an overview. • You lead your team flexibly and humanely, live clear communication and promote open, humorous cooperation. • You give timely, honest and factual feedback - preferably in direct exchange. • You remain solution-oriented, even if a mistake happens - being resentful does not exist with you. • As a member of the management team, you actively participate, take part in projects and specialist groups and help drive the further development of operational and nursing concepts. • What you bring with you: • Training as a nursing specialist HF, with psychiatry experience • At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable function. • Further training in leadership or willingness to complete this promptly.
