Mandated by a hospital center Educator Mandated by a renowned university hospital center, we are looking for an Educator (ES or HES) M/F between 80 & 100% to join their psychiatric crisis unit dedicated to mental disability. Educator MISSION DESCRIPTION Accompany persons in acts of daily life, by promoting their autonomy, their well-being and their safety, Implement educational and sensory activities adapted to the capacities, the needs and the rhythm of each person, Develop alternative or augmented communication means in order to facilitate the expression of needs, choices and emotions, Prevent and manage challenging behaviors by identifying their causes and proposing individualized support strategies, Participate in the development, monitoring and evaluation of individualized projects, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and families. Additional information Activity rate: 80 to 100% Contract type: CDI Location: Prilly EXPECTED PROFILE Diploma of educator ES or HES or title judged equivalent with SEFRI recognition required for foreign titles. Significant previous experience in the educational support of persons presenting an autism spectrum disorder. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to work autonomously. Know how to demonstrate patience, benevolence, empathy and sense of observation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
