Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing with experience in medical technology

Activities

• Take over prototype and series production on CNC machines
• Perform programming work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers
• Perform quality controls of the manufactured parts in cooperation with the QA department
• Create CNC programs directly at the machine or using CAM systems, for example Mastercam
• Continuously optimize processes with regard to setup times and tool life
• Requirements
• Demonstrate completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in CNC turning, preferably in the medical technology sector
• Confident handling of CNC programming, ideally with knowledge in Mastercam
• Show an independent, precise, and solution-oriented way of working
• Bring team orientation, high personal responsibility, and good German language skills
