Tela and Cartaseta represent high-quality toilet paper, modern technology and sustainable production processes. To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for a person as soon as possible for the position of Commercial Technician / Purchasing 80-100% (m/f/d) Tasks • Purchasing & procurement: you ensure the smooth running of the entire operational purchasing process - from internal stock control to requests for quotations, orders and order confirmations, including monitoring deadlines, incoming goods inspection and claims management • Supplier management & negotiation: you maintain relations with existing suppliers, conduct price negotiations with tact and ensure that quality, availability and costs are compliant • Master data & systems management: you maintain our supplier and article data clean, up to date and well-maintained to guarantee smooth daily operations • Sourcing & development: you help develop new sources of supply, monitor the market and propose ideas to make our purchasing even smarter and more efficient • Reporting & transparency: you prepare analyses and indicators in such a way as to derive clear insights and good decisions Profile • Education & professional experience: you have completed a basic technical training, ideally combined with commercial technician training. Additionally, you have ideally already acquired experience in purchasing • IT skills: MS Office, especially Excel, is part of your daily life. You preferably know SAP or SAGE 100 through practice • Working style: you work in a structured, precise and efficient manner, and keep a cool head even when several subjects arrive on your desk at the same time • Personality: you communicate proactively, professionally and on an equal footing, you are self-confident and possess the necessary negotiation skills • Motivation: you think, act and want to move things forward rather than simply executing • Language skills: you communicate perfectly in German and handle English easily in a professional context We only consider direct applications.
