To strengthen the team, our client, a renowned industrial company in the Altstätten area, is looking for a committed HR Payroll Specialist Sozialversicherungen 60-80% immediately. The position is to be filled temporarily for 12 months due to a longer illness. If suitable and interested, there is the possibility of a permanent position. In this important role, you will efficiently and customer-oriented provide all HR Payroll services along the HR lifecycle, complying with applicable legal requirements and internal process guidelines and regulations.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Maintenance and administration of personnel master data in HR systems as well as ensuring data quality
• Processing of administrative personnel processes from entry to exit, including changes
• Processing of continued salary payments, withholding tax, family allowances, and EO cases
• Care of accident and sickness cases, including daily allowance processing
• Contact person for employees, managers, authorities, and social insurance companies on payroll-related topics

You offer your new employer

• A completed commercial training as well as further education in the field of payroll or social insurance
• Ideally, you also bring good French language skills in addition to your fluent German language skills
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and have already worked with SAP or UKA
• A high affinity for numbers, accuracy, and a structured approach describe you perfectly
