Currently, a committed person is being sought for inside sales with customer support in German-speaking Switzerland, who advises customers competently and supports the field service technically and administratively. In this versatile function, you will also take responsibility for offers, order processing, and various projects.

Your activities with your future employer

• You take over active sales and advise customers competently, using your technical understanding in a targeted manner and demonstrating suitable solutions for their individual needs
• You support the field service in day-to-day business and ensure professional customer support through your reliable communication and your solution-oriented way of working
• You create offers, order confirmations, and other correspondence in the ERP system and ensure structured and careful processing of administrative processes
• You process projects independently, coordinate the various tasks, and actively contribute your technical competence and your sense of responsibility to the implementation
• You combine consulting, sales, and technical support, thereby creating real added value for customers and internal contact persons

Your strengths for your future employer

• You have basic training in the electrotechnical field, for example as an electrical installer, electrical draftsman, or with a comparable technical training
• Ideally, you bring further commercial training or experience in administrative order processing or in a similar function
• You have Swiss German as your native language and have excellent French skills, so that you can communicate with customers in Switzerland confidently and professionally
• You work confidently with MS Office and ERP systems and are also familiar with comparable applications for administration, order processing, customer management, and documentation
• You work independently and responsibly, communicate openly and gladly, and convince through your customer-oriented, helpful, and uncomplicated manner
