What you can contribute

• Assume responsibility for the end-to-end target architecture of identity management
• Promote the implementation of an integration style based on application programming interface (API) and event-driven
• Ensure that identity-related processes can be implemented within the Federal Administration
• Focus actions on customer needs and emphasize self-service solutions
• Create the architectural foundation in the ART (agile release trains)

What makes you unique

• At least 10 years of experience in the field of software architecture and data architecture, including more than 3 years of experience in managing large-scale modernization projects in regulated environments
• Solid knowledge of providing event-driven and ETL (extract, transform and load) process-based data within the framework of identity and access management (IAM), particularly authorization management in eIAM (Employer-IAM) and IGA (identity governance and administration solution)
• Experience with APIs, API contracts and corresponding standards as well as with CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous deployment) processes and container management
• Technical leadership skills, with experience in directing projects and mandates, sense of responsibility, ability to drive projects confidently and communicate clearly, with an emphasis on solution-seeking
• Active knowledge of two official languages, interest in collaborating in an interdisciplinary context

In a few words

As a systems architect, you will be responsible for the target architecture for authorization, identity management and delegated management. You will work closely with the architecture of the entire unit, with a view to developing an API and event-driven platform that ensures the implementation of federated identities, self-service and secure access management.
