You act as local support to production, you identify potential problems and implement the necessary corrections. You actively participate in the search for technical and organizational solutions by independently conducting continuous improvement actions for production and our processes. Your mission * Create bills of materials and production and control operating sequences for our products * Write technical files and various documents necessary for the production of components * Act in support of production by identifying potential problems and implementing the necessary corrections * Actively participate in the search for technical and organizational solutions by independently conducting continuous improvement actions for production and our processes * Analyze, define and implement manufacturing standards and processes Your profile * CFC in a technical field (draftsman-designer or micro-mechanic), higher education as a Technician ES would be a plus * Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial sector * Knowledge in the field of turning would be an asset * Skills in process analysis, problem solving and change management * Proficiency in common IT tools, knowledge of an ERP and CAD software (ProConcept and SolidWorks a plus) * Sense of responsibility, team spirit and ability to work independently with a good sense of initiative.
